Hello, world!

 This blog exists to chronicle the process of my education in programming and web design.  So far, my education has consisted mainly of free resources available on the web.  Thus far, I have done the following:

1. MIT OpenCourse - Introduction to Computer Science classes through the 6th Lecture 
2.  CodeAcademy.com's courses in:
1. Python
2. HTML/CSS
3. Javascript

I have additionally been blessed to have the assistance and mentorship of my friend Mitchell Harris, who does this stuff for a living.  Thank you, Mitchell.

I don't expect to have too much readership here, but rather hopefully will be able to use this site to practice HTML/CSS and Javascript.
